When relationships, whether with partners, family, friends, or coworkers, start to feel imbalanced or exhausting, they can impact how you feel about yourself and others. Perhaps you feel growing resentment trying to keep the peace. Or notice you are sacrificing too much of yourself to keep the relationship going. Or feel guilty, anxious, avoidant or stuck.
I work with individual adults looking to reduce anxiety, strengthen their connections with others, increase assertiveness, and create more fulfilling relationships.
I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I love what I do and am committed to ongoing professional development. I have extensive training in Narcissistic Abuse and Antagonistic Relational Stress. Additionally, I have been a lecturer at the University of Colorado, Denver, in the Couple and Family Counseling Program. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and provide clinical supervision to new therapists seeking licensure.
I have an inclusive practice and strive to create a safe space for all.
I invite you to contact me for a free initial phone consultation to learn more about my practice and process. Call me at 720-939-8399, or send me an email at [email protected] or visit my website or visit my website by clicking below.
