We feature our Colorado Craft BBQ including unique items such as our Smoked Colorado Lamb Shoulder, Bison Back Ribs and Homemade Bison and Venison Sausages. Of course, we also serve the traditional BBQ staples of Brisket, Pork, Burnt Ends, Ribs, Turkey & Wings along with our delicious sides. Our menu is made from scratch from our rubs to our desserts. Our meats are smoked low and slow with the sauce served on the side and our dedicated staff can’t wait to serve you!
